An exclusive, totally immersive and intense experience. Live the race at the pace of the competition.

Program overview:

  • Very early in the morning, with the Service Park or hotel as meeting point ¹, you will encounter your guide who will escort you during the whole stay ;
  • Luggage drop-off at the hotel and check-in (depending on room availability) ;
  • Transfers by bus towards 6 Special Stages of the rally during the 3 days ;
  • The three lunches will be organized according to the itinerary of the rally (dinners remains at your organization and at your expense);
  • You will stay two nights in a single room in a 4* hotel ideally located ;
  • On Sunday, you can attend the Podium Ceremony (if the route and the timing allow it).

The program will be finalized at the end of the third day with a transfer back to the hotel or service park.

VIP access at an Official Rally Team (Team to be decided depending on availability) : Private visit of the facilities, dinner at the Team Hospitality, privileged viewpoint of the service area.

This program includes:

  • The passes necessary for the accesses according to the program ;
  • Three lunches, according to the program ;
  • Accommodation for 2 nights in a single room in a 4* hotel ;
  • Transfers by bus towards the Special Stages of the rally: 6 Special Stages in total ;
  • Water and snacks at disposal ;
  • Guided tour in service park (if allowed by timing) ;
  • Insurance ;
  • The programs starts and ends at the same place.
This program DOES NOT includes:
  • Any dinner ;
  • Transportation to the country where the rally is held ;
  • Transfer to meeting point to start the program ;
  • Access to a Rally team ;
  • Personal expenses.

The programs start and end at the same place (defined according to the chosen option: the meeting point will be at the service park or at the hotel).

A day by day detailed program (including the schedule) will be sent to you 10 days before the event.

The options are calculated on the basis of a minimum of 10 people per option. European Sport Communication reserves the right to cancel your reservation if this number of reservations is not reached 14 days before the rally and will refund the amount received.
