Program overview:
Very early in the morning
with the Service Park as meeting point, you will encounter your guide who will escort you during the whole day

will be organized according to the itinerary of the rally
(dinner remains at your own booking and expenses)

VIP access at an Official Rally Team (Team to be decided depending on availability) : Private visit of the facilities by a member of the WRC team, dinner at the Team Hospitality, privileged viewpoint of the service area
The program will be finalized at the end of the day with a transfer back to the Service Park.
This program includes :
- Guidance throughout the day by an expert rally guide
- The passes necessary for the accesses according to the program
- One lunch, according to the program : 2 courses including drinks + 1 bottle of wine every 4 guests or 1 beer/soda, coffee & tea are included
- Transfers by bus towards the Special Stages of the rally: 2 Special Stages in total
- Water and snacks at disposal
- Service park tour (if allowed by timing)
- Insurance
The programs start and end at the same place.
This program DOES NOT includes:
- Any dinner
- Hotel accommodations if you select more than one 1-day package (for example: Friday + Saturday)
- Transportation to the country where the rally is held
- Transfer to meeting point to start the program
- Access to a Rally team
- Personal expenses.
Reminder:
Our 1-day packs can be combined but do not include hotel accommodations. However, it is possible to contact us to check the possibility of adding rooms when ordering several 1-day packs, whether for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday nights.
For groups of at least 10 persons. You can also contact our online sales department directly. For group bookings, we can organise transfers from airports to the rally centre, minibus hire, car hire, etc.

A day by day detailed program (including the schedule) will be sent to you 10 days before the event. This program will be made in accordance with route & timing of the rally.
The programs are established according to the route & timing of the rally. If these were to be changed, our programs would automatically be affected, regardless of our control.
