Terms of sale Helicopter Packs

The price of the helicopter packs includes the services described here below:

  • General organisation ;
  • The trip of the helicopters to / from the rally venue ;
  • Organization and airport taxes ;
  • The fuel ;
  • Security personnel ;
  • The hotel and catering for pilots and security staff ;
  • The authorizations to land in the various locations close to the stages ;
  • The helicopter transfers to the special stages (according to the pack chosen) ;
  • The services of our staff throughout the service ;
  • Meals (lunches) planned by the agency and according to the program ;
  • Access to the rally: to the Special Stages specified in the pack chosen.

The price of the helicopter packs DO NOT INCLUDE the services described here below:

  • Transportation to the helicopter base (do not hesitate to ask us for a quote for your plane or train trip);
  • What is not mentioned in the program;
  • Personal expenses.

The programs of our helicopter packs are established according to the route & timing of the rally.
If these were to be changed, our programs would automatically be affected, regardless of our control.

If bad weather conditions prevent helicopter take-off (pilot being the sole judge), 50% of the total reservation amount will be refunded by bank transfer within the week after the rally; the remaining 50% cover helicopter ferry flight and immobilisation costs.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

  • The booking of helicopter packs is available up to 14 days before the date of the chosen helicopter pack;
  • You may book a helicopter pack for several people;
  • For a reservation of more than 9 people on the same helicopter pack, contact us directly at:info@esc-store.com ;
  • For a reservation after the deadline date, contact us directly at: info@esc-store.com.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION:

Under Article 16 paragraph (l) of the European Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer does not benefit from the withdrawal period provided for by the Consumer Code.

Our terms of cancellation are the following:

  • Up to 40 days before the date of the chosen helicopter pack
    → Cancellation fees = 0.
  • From the 39th day to the 15th day before the date of the chosen helicopter pack
    → Cancellation fees = 50% of the order amount.
  • From the 14th day and until the date of the chosen helicopter pack
    → Cancellation fees = 100% of the order amount.
