Terms of sales Rally Stay options

The price of the Rally Stay option includes the services described here below :

  • Accommodation (for 2 days, 3 days and 4 days programs) in a 5-star hotel (or 4 sup minimum) ;
  • Transfers by vehicles with driver, according to the program ;
  • The services of our staff throughout the stay ;
  • All the meals (breakfast / lunch(es) / dinner(s)) planned by the agency and according to the program ;
  • Access to the rally : Special Stages, Service Park, VIP passes, access to the teams etc.

The price of the Rally Stay option DOES NOT include the services described here below :

  • Transportation to the country where the rally is held (do not hesitate to ask us for a quote for your trip by plane or train) ;
  • Transfer to meeting point to start the program ;
  • What is not mentioned in the program ;
  • Personal expenses.

BOOKING CONDITIONS :

  • The options are calculated on the basis of a minimum of 10 people per option. European Sport Communication reserves the right to cancel your reservation if this number of reservations is not reached14 days before the rally and will refund the amount received ;
  • The booking of Rally Stay options is available up to 14 days before the start of the rally ;
  • You may book a Rally Stay option for several people ;
  • For a reservation of more than 9 people on the same Rally Stay option, contact us directly at : store@european-sport.net.

TERMS OF CANCELATION :

Under Article 16 paragraph (l) of the European Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer does not benefit from the withdrawal period provided for by the Consumer Code.

Our terms of cancelation are the followling :

  • Up to 40 days before the start of the rally (Thursday)
    → Cancelation fees = 0.
  • From the 39th day to the 15tth day before the start of the rally
    → Cancelation fees = 50% of the order amount .
  • From 14th day until rally starts
    → Cancelation fees = 100% of the order amount .
