Prestige Option

This is the perfect option for taking the time to enjoy both a tourist stay and a motor race. During 4 days you will live at the pace of the race and be in the front row to find out all its facets.

Program overview:

  • Thursday late afternoon, with the hotel asmeeting point, you will encounter your guide who will escort you during the whole stay;
  • Luggage drop-off at the hotel and check-in (depending on room availability) ;
  • The three lunches will be organized according to the itinerary of the rally (dinners remains at your organization and at your expense);
  • Transfers towards a minimum of 6 Special Stages of the rally during the 4 days (by minibus and according to the route and timing of the rally);
  • You will stay three nights in a single room in an ideally located 3* hotel ;
  • On Sunday, you can attend the Podium Ceremony (if the route and the timing allow it).

The program will be finalized at the end of Sunday with a transfer by vehicle back to the hotel.

Upgrade your stay with option VIP:
  • VIP access at an Official Rally Team (Team to be decided depending on availability): Private visit of the facilities, lunch or dinner at the Team Hospitality , privileged viewpoint of the service area;
  • Transfers by VIP shuttle with driver;
  • Accommodation for 3 nights in a single room in a 5* hotel (or 4*sup minimum) ideally located;
  • Two dinners are included in accordance with the program (the third dinner remains at your organization and at your expense);
  • Helicopter transfers to the Special Stages of the rally over one day (option available depending on the rally);
  • Typical touristic activity at the country where the rally is held.

This program includes:

  • Guidance throughout the day by an expert rally guide;
  • The passes necessary for the accesses according to the program;
  • A welcome gift, water & snacks;
  • Minibus transfers with driver;
  • Transfers towards the Special Stages of the rally: 6 Special Stages in total;
  • Guided tour in service park (if allowed by timing);
  • 3 lunches;
  • 3 nights in a 3* hotel.
With VIP option:
  • Private visit as well as a lunch or dinner at an Official WRC Team (Team depending on availability) ;
  • 2 dinners according to the program;
  • 3 nights in a 5* hotel (or minimum 4* sup);
  • Transfers towards the Special Stages of the rally by helicopter over one day (additional option available on certain rally);
  • 1 touristic and/or leisure activity.

The programs start and end at the same place (defined according to the chosen option: the meeting point will be at the service park or at the hotel).

A day by day detailed program (including the schedule) will be sent to you 10 days before the event.

The options are calculated on the basis of a minimum of 10 people per option. European Sport Communication reserves the right to cancel your reservation if this number of reservations is not reached 14 days before the rally and will refund the amount received.

IMORTANT INFORMATION:

  • A detailed program with a very precise schedule will be shared 10 days before the event and will be adapted according to the itinerary and timing of the rally;
  • Our programs are developed according to the itinerary and timing of the rally ; We maximise our efforts in optimizing the transfer times in order to make the most out of the race ;
  • The helicopter transfers are not offered on all Special Stages of the rally. Check the offers per rally. ;
  • If the helicopter transfers are not possible due to bad weather conditions, the access to the special stages will be done by vehicle with driver.
